St. Luke's Episcopal Church and School has long supported the Three O'Clock Project, a South Louisiana nonprofit tackling child hunger. The organisation provides free or low-cost meals, snacks, and learning resources to vulnerable families. Now, the school's students and families are stepping up their efforts ahead of the holidays. The Three O'Clock Project serves meals after school and during summer breaks to ensure children never go without food. Each week, it supports 460 families of four—around 1,840 people in total. The school's partnership includes food drives, meal packaging, and hands-on service.

In October 2022, a middle school food drive at St. Luke's gathered 551 pounds of donations for the charity. More recently, seventh graders assembled 110 Thanksgiving meal kits for local families. Even the school's fifth to eighth grade soccer team joined in, packaging meals during a practice session.

Beyond food collections, St. Luke's families have volunteered to deliver Christmas meal kits. The school plans to keep backing the project through ongoing service initiatives and community care. The Three O'Clock Project relies on partnerships like this to reach families in need. With regular meal distributions and seasonal support, the charity continues to expand its impact. St. Luke's contributions help ensure children across South Louisiana receive consistent nutrition and resources.
