Doing Good with Ducks - HESCURO Supports the 'Hidden Angels' in Bad Kissingen

HESCURO's rubber ducks fund 'Hidden Angels' for children in need

HESCURO has launched a new campaign to support the 'Hidden Angels' project run by Bad Kissingen Food Bank. The initiative sees the healthcare group donate €1 for every rubber duck sold in its clinics' bistros. The project aims to provide discreet and rapid assistance to children facing hardship in the region. The campaign began with HESCURO contributing an initial €500 to kickstart the effort. Patients and visitors at HESCURO clinics can now participate by purchasing a blue rubber duck. Each sale triggers an additional €1 donation to the 'Hidden Angels' project.

Dagmar Ziegler, chair of Bad Kissingen Food Bank, expressed her gratitude for HESCURO’s support. Stephan Greb, a member of the HESCURO Group’s executive board, highlighted the importance of the rubber duck initiative in aiding the project. The funds raised will help cover essentials such as school trip subsidies, urgent clothing needs, and access to leisure or educational activities for disadvantaged children.

HESCURO operates several rehabilitation and acute-care clinics, a medical care centre, and a laboratory across Lower Franconia. The campaign reflects the group’s broader commitment to social cohesion in the area, alongside its healthcare services. The 'Hidden Angels' project offers swift and confidential support to children in crisis within the community. HESCURO’s initiative ensures that every rubber duck sold directly benefits those in need. The collaboration strengthens local efforts to assist vulnerable families.
