Free Nutrition Counselling Now Available by Phone in Solingen-Wuppertal

The Solingen-Wuppertal Employment Agency is offering free telephone nutrition counselling as part of its occupational health and wellness programme. Certified nutritionist Angela Göltsch will provide the service to help improve well-being, performance, and quality of life through tailored diet advice. The consultations take place once a month, specifically every third Monday. The next available date is July 18, with appointments running from 12:00 PM to 3:15 PM. Registration is required to secure a slot for the session.

Staff at the Career Information Center (BiZ) are available to answer any questions about the event. The service is designed to support individuals in making positive dietary changes. The free telephone nutrition counselling is part of the agency’s broader health initiative. It provides an opportunity for personalised advice from a certified professional.
