Astana hosts free mass bike ride for a drug-free city on June 20

A large-scale bike ride will be held in Astana on June 20 as part of the 'Astana—A Drug-Free City' campaign. The event is designed to encourage healthy living and grow interest in mass sports. Participation is free for all riders. The race will start at 9:00 AM along the Astana Ormany greenbelt, following a route from Koshshi to Urkker. Organisers have capped the number of participants at 800.

Online registration opens on June 18 at 9:00 AM and closes the next day at 6:00 PM. Applicants can sign up through the website reg.elordasport.kz. Those who register in advance will collect their raffle tickets on-site between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM on the day of the event.

Residents who miss the online window can still register in person on June 20, starting at 7:30 AM. The bike ride offers a chance to join a community effort for fitness and wellness. Organisers have set clear registration deadlines and a fixed start time. Up to 800 cyclists will take part in the event.
