Scientists Unveil Miracle Juice—A Natural Vitamin Powerhouse for Daily Health
Researchers at Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University have developed a new natural vitamin drink called Miracle Juice. The product was created using locally sourced ingredients and designed to meet daily nutritional needs while adhering to strict safety standards.
The development reflects a growing global focus on natural ingredients and preventive health in both food and pharmaceutical industries.
The drink combines pumpkin, carrot, apple, and sea buckthorn—ingredients chosen for their nutritional benefits. Pumpkin contributes carotenoids and essential minerals, while carrots provide beta-carotene and fibre. Apples add polyphenols and vitamin C, and sea buckthorn delivers antioxidants along with vitamins C, K, and E.
Before finalising the formula, the team thoroughly examined each ingredient's biological activity. They then created an optimal mixture to ensure the drink was both nutritious and safe for regular consumption. *Miracle Juice* underwent extensive testing, including organoleptic, physicochemical, and microbiological evaluations. These confirmed its compliance with established quality standards. Preclinical safety assessments, such as toxicity and sub-toxicity tests on laboratory animals, further verified its safety profile. Scientific analysis also supported the drink's therapeutic potential, providing experimental evidence for its use as a functional ingredient. The final product was standardised and successfully passed all required safety and nutritional tests.
The university's Department of Pharmacognosy has now finalised the development of Miracle Juice. The drink is positioned as a safe, accessible, and beneficial option for daily consumption. Its creation aligns with broader industry trends favouring natural, preventive health solutions.
