Rejuvant Outperforms All Other Anti-Ageing Supplements in Landmark Study
A new study published in Aging Cell has found that Rejuvant, a delayed-release calcium alpha-ketoglutarate (CaAKG) supplement, significantly reduces biological age more effectively than other anti-ageing products. The research, led by Dr. Brian Kennedy, compared 84 different supplements, drugs, and compounds—with Rejuvant standing out as the only one to show a statistically significant effect. The study assessed how various supplements impacted biological age, measuring their effectiveness after accounting for potential confounding factors. Among the options tested, Rejuvant was the only one to produce a clear, statistically meaningful reduction. Users taking Rejuvant showed an average biological age 1.8 years lower than their chronological age. Dr. Kennedy noted that, based on the data, Rejuvant users appeared 5.74 years younger than their actual age.
Other NAD+ boosters, such as NMN and NR, performed poorly in comparison. These supplements were **nine times less effective** than Rejuvant. Even standard CaAKG/AKG, a compound related to Rejuvant’s formula, showed benefits **eight times weaker**. Dr. Nir Barzilai, a respected researcher in longevity, praised Rejuvant for its **plausible mechanism of action** and strong preclinical evidence. He also highlighted its **better safety profile** and higher user satisfaction compared to other supplements on the market. Ponce De Leon Health, the company behind Rejuvant, emphasised the study’s publication as validation of their product’s effectiveness.
The findings position Rejuvant as the most effective supplement in the study for lowering biological age. Unlike other tested compounds, it was the only one to maintain statistical significance after adjustments. Researchers suggest its delayed-release formula and added vitamins contribute to its superior performance in slowing ageing markers.
