Krushna Ingle, a resident of Palghar in Maharashtra, has shared his remarkable weight loss journey on social media. After years of struggling with obesity-related health problems, he turned to Dr Sayajirao Gaikwad for help. The results have been striking, with Ingle shedding significant weight while improving his overall well-being.

Ingle’s transformation began with a strict but balanced diet plan. Under Dr Gaikwad’s supervision, he consumed 2 litres of cow’s milk, 2 kg of ripe bananas, 250 grams of ghee, and 100 grams of almonds daily. His meals focused on high protein—targeting 90 to 120 grams per day—and healthy fats, while cutting down on carbohydrates.

He also made key changes to his eating habits. Ingle limited himself to just two meals a day and walked for 10 minutes after each one. Dinner was scheduled at least two to three hours before bedtime. Sweets were mostly off the menu, though he allowed a small treat once a week.

Physical activity became a cornerstone of his routine. Four days a week, he walked 4 to 5 kilometres along the beach. Over time, these adjustments led to noticeable improvements beyond weight loss. Dr Gaikwad noted better sleep, controlled hunger, reduced acidity, higher energy levels, and greater mental calmness in Ingle.

The results have been impressive. By January 2026, Ingle’s weight had dropped to between 72 and 73 kg, with a target to go below 70 kg. A friend of his, weighing around 99 kg, also followed the same routine and lost 4 to 5 kg in just 20 to 25 days.

Ingle’s structured approach to nutrition and exercise has delivered clear results. His weight loss and improved health reflect the effectiveness of Dr Gaikwad’s guidance. The plan’s success has even inspired others to adopt similar habits for better well-being.
