**Menopause brings many changes—and with it, no shortage of myths. Do I need supplements, and if so, which ones?** How do certain foods affect hormone balance, weight, sleep, and mood—and how do hormone levels, weight, sleep, and mood influence our diet in return? This lecture, taking place on **November 3, 2025**, at the **Eisenach Adult Education Center (vhs, Room 07)**, puts common recommendations to the test. The focus will be on nutrition, with related topics such as exercise, relaxation, and sleep also addressed. The event is explicitly open to **all**: women in, approaching, or past menopause, as well as any interested men who wish to attend.
