Free Older, Bolder, Better event empowers Alberta seniors on June 4
The West End Seniors Activity Centre will host the Older, Bolder, Better Exhibition and Symposium on June 4. The free event takes place at River Cree Resort and Casino, offering talks, exhibitors, and prizes for attendees. Over 100 exhibitors will showcase services and products aimed at older adults. Alberta seniors can also learn about the Alberta Blue Cross programme, which provides $200 annually to support mobility and healthy ageing.
The Chiropractic Association of Alberta is the event’s Platinum Plus sponsor. Dr Jacqueline Boyd, the association’s chair, will deliver a keynote speech on the day. Attendees can enter prize draws while exploring health, wellness, and lifestyle options tailored for seniors.
The symposium runs on June 4 with no admission fee. Organisers expect strong attendance, given the range of exhibitors and financial support programmes available. More details can be found through the West End Seniors Activity Centre.
