Our feet carry us through life—often over millions of steps. Whether in daily routines, at work, or during sports, they endure immense strain every day.
But what happens when pain sets in and even simple movements become a struggle?
As part of the adult education center's (VHS) health program, Bad Hersfeld Hospital invites everyone to an informative lecture on modern treatment options in foot orthopedics.
Titled "When Your Feet Let You Down," experienced orthopedic specialist Dr. Michael Philipp—senior physician at the Clinic for Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery—offers fascinating insights into the latest surgical techniques for common deformities such as bunions (hallux valgus), hammertoes, and other foot conditions.
Attendees can look forward to an accessible "Journey into the World of Foot Orthopedics"—covering the causes of typical complaints, conservative treatment methods, and cutting-edge surgical procedures. There will also be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
The event is open to all—especially those affected, their families, and anyone interested in learning about modern therapies for foot problems.
Admission is free.
