Free Ibbenbüren lecture tackles fatty liver disease risks and prevention

A free public lecture on fatty liver disease will take place in Ibbenbüren next spring. The event, titled Understanding Fatty Liver Disease, is organised by the local adult education centre (vhs) and aims to help attendees recognise risks and prevention methods. It will cover causes, symptoms, and practical steps for better liver health.

The lecture is scheduled for March 25, 2026, running from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. It will be held at vhs Ibbenbüren, located at Oststraße 28. Participants will receive guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes to support liver function.

Registration is open now, with a fee of €14.00 per person. Interested attendees can sign up online at *www.vhs-ourwebsite* or via email at *vhs@ourwebsite*. Completed forms may also be submitted in person by dropping them into the mailboxes at any vhs office location.

The session offers a chance for the community to learn about a common but often overlooked health issue. Those who attend will leave with clear advice on managing liver health through diet and activity. Registration remains open until the event date.
