CareLineLive scales globally after Accel-KKR's strategic investment boost
CareLineLive, a cloud-based platform for homecare agencies, has expanded rapidly after securing investment from private equity firm Accel-KKR. The company now supports over 700 providers across eight countries, helping them manage compliance and improve service quality during inspections. Founded by Josh Hough, CareLineLive initially served hundreds of care providers in seven countries. The platform streamlines operations by offering tools for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting—all in one system. Last summer, Accel-KKR acquired a majority stake, speeding up product development and growth.
The investment allowed the company to scale quickly. Today, more than 25,000 carers use the platform, while the team has grown to over 60 employees. Offices in Sussex, London, and Melbourne support its international reach.
To strengthen compliance, CareLineLive partnered with MOA Benchmarking. This collaboration added benchmarking tools to help agencies meet regulatory standards more effectively. With Accel-KKR’s backing, CareLineLive has broadened its footprint and enhanced its platform. The company now assists hundreds more providers than before, offering tools to simplify compliance and demonstrate quality. Its continued expansion reflects growing demand for digital solutions in homecare management.
